The only complaint I have regarding the service of my car is when I got into my car it smelled like someone had either smoked in my car or someone who smoked worked on my car. The problem with this is I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke and do not allow anyone in my car because of it. The other problem with this issue is, I brought issue to someone's attention last time I picked up my car. I didn't rate you down in anything because you guys do outstanding work, and are one of the best Toyota dealerships I've worked with, if not the best, and I've owned several Toyotas. Although the service adviser was nice and friendly, not enough detail was given following the servicing of my car. Received one invoice but did not receive the other invoice with descriptive information of enough detail was given following the servicing of my car. I requested a car wash and it looked as though they just rinsed the car off with water and wiped it down. Past car washes looked a lot better. More

Everyone I talked/worked with was exceptional, but especially, Kim, Trey, and Roland at the service desk. I bought a Toyota Sequoia in September & I ask them to put new tires on it & they didn't nevertheless I had to come back to get new tires because whoever in expected the truck passed it twice. JT will not return my calls I can't belive the horrible service that I'm receiving your tech don't know what the xxxx they doing neither mangement. 34,000 & I still have to put work into it just horrible. I've only put maybe 11,000 miles on the truck since September this is a disgrace. More

The young man that meet me outside was very nice. I told him I wanted an inspection sticker and he took it from there .
