I bought a Toyota Sequoia in September & I ask them to put new tires on it & they didn't nevertheless I had to come back to get new tires because whoever in expected the truck passed it twice. Thanks to Mr. Daniels I receive some new tires but nevertheless I need breaks per your service department, I really don't understand how I could needs breaks all ready when I don't even really drive the truck. JT will not return my calls I can't belive the horrible service that I'm receiving your tech don't know what the xxxx they doing neither mangement. 34,000 & I still have to put work into it just horrible. I've only put maybe 11,000 miles on the truck since September this is a disgrace. More

Overall this is a great place to have service performed, but I do believe that an oil change and tire rotation can be performed in less that 75 minutes. I love the people and facility and enjoy the atmosphe but I do believe that an oil change and tire rotation can be performed in less that 75 minutes. My experience has met with above expectation regarding service received by service advisor Kimberly McHugh. Kimberly clarifies my recall notices that I present to her from Toyota. After full inspection of my vehicle, Kimberly assured me that my notices did not apply during this visit and to keep them in my booklet since I was cover for addition seven years from the original warranty of the vehicle. Upon reading my service receipt, I notice that a few things did not match the service outline and brought this to Kimberly attention. She immediately had things taken care of. I express my concerns that even though it may seem minor it left the impression of what else/work was not perform that did not match the service summary. Kimberly was very professional in correcting the issue on hand and assured me that the labor performed on my vehicle done correctly, professionally, and back by Toyota. This is the second time Kimberly had to correct a service issue that I have had. I just wanted to make sure kudos are noted for Kimberly quick action on getting the work done correctly and to my satisfaction and making me feel at ease. More
