Went after receiving a recall letter and for a service and issues with the Bluetooth. The service was performed in a timely manner and Kim advised me of my next appointment. Roger informed Heather Fain of my problem. Heather was AMAZING!!!! Although, the issue was not resolved on 12/30, she was persistent in trying to find a solution. Heather scheduled me to come back to the dealership the next day as it was late and the service technicians had left for the evening. I went in for a recall letter but ended up with the 5000 mile service even though I only had 3800 miles on the car. Looked at a used Honda Odyssey on their lot, it was not parked in the normal are, but by the service area. When cranked the check engine light was on and when drove there was a problem in the drivability parked in the normal are, but by the service area. When cranked the check engine light was on and when drove there was a problem in the drivability (the steering was jumping at highway speed). The salesman stated that these issues would be fixed before it was delivered to us. Told salesman we needed a reliable vehicle because that was why we were trading in our Dodge Caravan. When picked up check engine light was off, but came on again within a few days. Light kept going on and off over a period of days. Always was off when managed to get to dealership. Finally was on once and they said one of three catalytic converters was bad to wait 30 days for the warranty to take effect. Warranty does not cover catalytic converters. So they finally fixed it. Still no fix on wheel shimmy, but was better after tire balance. After catalytic converter replaced check engine light STILL comes on sometimes. Dealership said that they were through with the vehicle that was purchased "as is" and they weren't fixing anything else, did finally figure out tire(s) were bad. They will not replace any of the tires or do any other work since it was 6 months since we purchased the vehicle. We have been fighting them ever since, so not our fault. Don't trust the salespeople here to actually do right by the customer, don't trust the dealership to back them. Good luck getting it in writing. In fairness, he also told me they had two keys and they didn't ($170 cost for key and programming), and had to fight to get the proper floor-mats put in. I had to call the previous owner myself to find out about the keys. Should have researched dealership more before purchase. More

Still do not know how long will take and some one will call from service department. Truck has been in multiple times for same issue. Call for appointment when loaner vehicle is available and never received a call.
