I went to GMC first and I started to order something very specific. The salesman seemed overwhelmed, so I left. I went over to JBA and when I started to tell sales what I needed they said, "we can do that, b specific. The salesman seemed overwhelmed, so I left. The commercial salesman was very patient and went through the build sheet line by line so I would get everything I needed. He told me it would take some time before it would arrive, but I would get it the way I wanted it. He has since retired but that 3500 got here exactly as ordered. Joe Kopp and Tom Carter handled the deal since and were great to work with. More

Buyer beware! Bought the vehicle got home and had no coolant in the reservoir. Discovered this truck was leaking coolant. It was a slow leak so for the reservoir to be empty the dealership never checked the fluids for over a week. All of the fluids should have been checked/verified prior to selling the vehicle. Extremely disappointed that after buying a new truck it had to sit in the service department for a week to fix the issue. Would not recommend this dealership since they do not check their vehicles properly before selling them. More
