My vehicle had no issues prior to getting my oil changed. After bringing my vehicle in for service, I now have issues with the turn signals, my front passenger wheel well and my settings have been altered. When I arrived for my service, I was told this was my last service that I had paid for. As far as I know, this was not my last service, as I had prepaid for changes of 100,000 miles. I let the person know that I thought I had more services. The service felt rushed this service, and no inspection of the vehicle seems to have been performed. I was sent email that, since I was unhappy with the service, to contact one of the managers. I have left multiple messages and have not received a call back yet. When my service was complete, I was called up a different person, the first one would not even acknowledge me. I was asked to sign for the work that was done, handed the paperwork, and was told that was all. When I got home, I noticed the rear windshield wiper was damaged. It was not damaged the day before when I looked at it. As this is either the third or fourth review I’ve done, with no reply from the dealership, this does give a bad experience of the dealership. More
