General Motors sent an over the air update to my Chevy. The update failed. I took my Chevy to JBA Chevrolet for a manual update. The update failed. I was charged $185.00 for the unsuccessful Service update The update failed. I took my Chevy to JBA Chevrolet for a manual update. The update failed. I was charged $185.00 for the unsuccessful Service update. The original update that GM sent was at no cost. I was informed by JBA service department that the Radio Module would cost $600.00 for the part and $600 for labor. I declined the fix at that time. GM sent an over the air update to my Chevy. The Update damaged my vehicle. My Radio, GPS, OnStar, and infotainment center was working fine before the update. My vehicle has no audio, video, no navigation and no OnStar. More

I thought their shuttle service was horrible. I waited 45 minutes being patient as I could. After asking how much longer, I was told the guy would be around shortly. He showed up. The new cars side of things was fantastic! Andy was helpful and the biggest thing I appreciated was he spoke to my parents who were with me, but he also spoke to me.
