JBA has one thing going for it, the sales department. For almost 20 years I have avoided dealing with this service department at all costs. I never purchase any extended care plans, oil changes or anythi For almost 20 years I have avoided dealing with this service department at all costs. I never purchase any extended care plans, oil changes or anything that might indirectly result in me having to deal with the service department unnecessarily. The costs are excessive. The care is absent. Listening to the techs in the department common area makes it clear that the management does not support or encourage going the extra mile. The staff bring all the compassion and enthusiasm of a team of death row inmates to that office. If you value your time, hard earned money and enjoy dealing with human beings, go to a professional auto mechanic shop not named JBA Chevrolet. More
