Not so Honest JBA was great on the purchase of my first truck. This time however i felt lied to. I found the truck i wanted and was told the bumper had to be repain JBA was great on the purchase of my first truck. This time however i felt lied to. I found the truck i wanted and was told the bumper had to be repainted due to a scratch from the transporter. I was fine with that and purchased the truck. Upon showing my new truck to a friend who does body work and painting, he pointed out what i had not noticed. The right front fender had been repainted as well along with over spray all over the passenger door and windshield pillar. I was not happy, felt like a sucker. Had truck for 2 days then it was in body shop being fixed for almost a week. I do like my truck but the experience this time was not a joyful one. I would not have bought this truck if i would have known everything at the time. i live in So. Md. and travel about 60 miles to do business with JBA. Yes paint was made right, that was it. JBA did not offer anything at all to make the deal feel right. All the travel, time off work,etc. They made the sale, that's all they are worried about. My second truck purchased there and probably my last. When you have lost someones trust, don't you try to remedy it? Buyer beware. I thought JBA was better than this. This was posted and got this response. Richard, it is disappointing to read the comments in our review. We always want our customers to feel 100% confident in their Chevrolet purchase and I am sorry to learn that this has not been your experience. Purchasing a new Chevrolet Tahoe I have been in the market for a new SUV or crossover vehicle for quite some time. I tried out a lot of vehicles from various manufacturers and dealer I have been in the market for a new SUV or crossover vehicle for quite some time. I tried out a lot of vehicles from various manufacturers and dealerships but was always drawn back to JBA time and time again. The sales personnel were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase. The sales price was always best among other dealerships. My recommendation to anyone buying a new car, check everyone else out first and check JBA Chevrolet last because no one was able to beat their sales price. More

New car purchase I was looking for a new Cruze. I had texted with Sarah, who was very helpful, earlier in the day. My salesman was Manny- very nice, accommodating, no I was looking for a new Cruze. He spent a lot of time helping me get things set up in the new vehicle and giving me an extensive tour of all the features. The finance portion went smoothly over all, although they do try to get the buyer to accept several additional packages without fully explaining that these all have additional costs. All in all, a good experience at a dealership. More
