Excellent service department. I have taken my Lincoln there several times for maintenance service and also for the purchase of new tires. Matt Perri helped me choose my new tire I have taken my Lincoln there several times for maintenance service and also for the purchase of new tires. Matt Perri helped me choose my new tires by researching what was available according to what I required in a tire. The service personnel are very friendly and super efficient. I also very much like the wash and detailing that is given to my Lincoln after each service visit. That is certainly a nice plus! I will continue to have my car serviced there and will probably buy my next vehicle and that dealership because of the service department. More

Your service team went out of their way to help us when our car broke down. We are from Virginia or car broke down there in Georgia and the service team did everything they could to help us and exceeded al our car broke down. Very nice people, not pushy, clean location, accommodating to my wants, BUT… I spent $80K on a new vehicle, could’ve used a cup of coffee. While we were waiting for them to pull a test vehicle a accommodating to my wants, BUT… I spent $80K on a new vehicle, could’ve used a cup of coffee. While we were waiting for them to pull a test vehicle around we said we needed some coffee, they confirmed the Starbucks is around the corner. I spent $80K and they couldn’t even tint the front windows for me, not even a Yeti cup. I asked for a couple free oil changes and they looked at me like I asked for a free car. Every time I told them I needed to leave to get my daughter down for a nap, they said “this’ll only take 2 minutes”, and an hour and a half later we were still there. The people are nice, but their customer experience is sorely lacking. The little things will always matter more to customers, they need some work there. More
