Recall service I brought my car in to attend to a recall notice I received. The service team were friendly. I gave five stars for price, but because my visit was re I brought my car in to attend to a recall notice I received. The service team were friendly. I gave five stars for price, but because my visit was recall related I didn’t have to pay anything. I can’t say how I’d rate my experience with a visit for routine service work, customer service or price as I haven’t had the experience of needing to do so at this dealership. More

Relaxed, no pressure experience Our experience was very low key and we did not feel pressured at all. We initially emailed and requested pricing information, which was provided. Other dealers gave me the old “when can you come in to test drive and we can discuss your needs?” The answer is never! I don’t have the time or patience to visit and be subjected to high pressure sales people. If they don’t provide what I requested, then I don’t come in. J.L. Freed provided pricing and because of that, we then visited. When we visited, we test drove and left to weigh our options. We never felt pressured and that’s why we went back when we had made our decision. Everyone we dealt with was great and overall we had a positive experience! More

Had a couple major issues fixed to satisfaction, service excellent. Only gave 3 stars because when they finish work not sure if they retest to be 100% sure it's all connected. Had 3X's had to bring back after large sums paid for little misses. last experience didnt get off lot b4 same code showed up. only to find didnt connect a hose. Need better inspection after job done. More
