First time disappointed I brought my Honda Accord in for a noise in the right front of the car. I was told the strut needed to be replaced but they did not have one in stock I brought my Honda Accord in for a noise in the right front of the car. I was told the strut needed to be replaced but they did not have one in stock 4/24 so I agreed to return the next morning. I arrived at 7:45 AM. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours so I decided to wait. By 11:00, I had heard nothing so went to the front desk to ask about the car. After some time, I was told that the new strut was bent and so they had to send out for a new one. I wish someone would have told me that sooner as my daughter lives about 5 minutes from the Honda dealership and I could have gone there to wait. But it was too late now so I continued to wait. I was finally called up front at about 12:30 but then they said the car was still making some unexplained noise and they didn't want me to take it until they checked it out again. Finally at 1:00 I got the car. Can't rate quality as I have only driven it for a day and hope it is ok. Everyone was nice to me but at 85 yrs, I was tired by the time I left. More
