Thank you Rich and Ken Needed a bigger car as my family was growing! We saw a Honda Odessey on the J&M website and went in on a Saturday to test drive it. I thought I was go Needed a bigger car as my family was growing! We saw a Honda Odessey on the J&M website and went in on a Saturday to test drive it. I thought I was going to be in there for a few hours with paperwork and so on, but we were out within half an hour. Rich was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We weren't able to drive home with the car on the same day since they had to do a safety check which we were fine with but then on Monday, Rich emailed us to let us know the car will be ready that Tuesday and told us everything we needed to have done prior to pick up. Ken was quick with the paperwork and we were able to drive the car home within half an hour from our appointment time! Very happy with the purchase! More
