We learned an awful lesson and went back to J&M after a having a great prior experience. Our mechanic recommended them originally, and since then, they’ve earned the Customer Satisfaction Award....that sealed the deal! We get to ride away knowing we were treated well, got a great, fairly priced vehicle that was well inspected and we trust the dealer wants us back, that helps us in trusting them. Thanks Ray and J&M! Just what I needed I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my car being totaled. The 3 weeks that followed were stressful as I dealt with my insurance plus se I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my car being totaled. The 3 weeks that followed were stressful as I dealt with my insurance plus searched for a new car. I went on both autotrader.com and cars.com and a few cars from J&M were on there. I selected the option to confirm the availability of a car and they e-mailed me back the next day. I scheduled a test drive and headed over there. The car ran great but J&M amazed me with their transparency. Salesman Vinny showed me how they have full car faxes right on their website for all their cars on the lot. Vinny was also honest enough to alert me when the car was no longer up for sale. I was then referred to another car that was two years more recent and for the same price as the first car I wanted. Vinny along with his finance agent, Ken, worked with me explaining every detail of the financing, the registration, the extended warranty. Everything was in writing and painless with no aggressive sales tactics. I would not only recommend J&M to anyone, but I would definitely do business with them when the time comes to get another car. More
