We recently needed another car, and J&M was the only dealership we considered visiting. Here is why: you never get a feeling of "being sold" and there is no pressure of any kind. They work with you if you want a 3rd party to inspect a potential vehicle, which is always greatly appreciated. We worked with Rich Grassi, and his professionalism, patience and advise was greatly appreciated. I'm a stickler when it comes to cars, and he was more than patient in regards to all my "wants" and "needs" and accomodated every need. Honestly I didn't feel like the car was bought at a dealership at all, as there are none of the typical dealership hassles to deal with, which is why we went back again. We are debating switching one of the cars to a light truck, and if that happens, there's only one place I'll go, and I'll see Rich. Top notch in every respect, and an absolute delight to do business with. Yes, I actually said that in regards to buying a car at a dealer. I highly recommend them. You won't regret visiting and/or buying. In regards to rating who we dealt with, there aren't enough stars, as he is far above the regular car salesman. More
