Felt like home At first appearance when arriving on the lot all of the cars look clean and almost brand new. With over 450 cars to look at I decided to walk in and find a sales person to help me with my search for my new vehicle. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door and once I had expressed that I was emailing with Seth around the corner he came introducing himself. He greeted me by my name (which I thought was pretty impressive) and knew exactly what car I was there to see. That just goes to show you the level of customer service that they provide there. Seth said give me a moment to get a sales person to show you the vehicle and within a minute Dave came out to greet me with a smile! Off he went to get the car and pull it right up front for me. After our test drive I was ready to buy the car of my dreams. I sat with Ken in finance and got the numbers I was happy with. At the time of delivery Vinny was the guy to finish up the deal (they work as a team there and Dave wasn’t in) and he sat me with Steve in finance to finish up the paperwork! Couldn’t be happier with the team of sales people they have and I am loving my new ride!! More
