Outstanding recalls were found and those were addressed as well. On the finance side, Steve Groppi was just as professional. We were told what paperwork we needed to have sent to him and what we needed to bring with us. When we arrived to get the car, all of the paperwork was prepared for us to sign and we were given an explanation of every document we had to sign. Great organization. More
