He is very knowledgeable about the cars that they sell and wasn't pushy at all. My wife and I felt as though they treated us like family. Our Honda Accord had a slight shimmy on our test ride. Luis said that their service dept would look at it. They changed all 4 rotors and brake pads and since the tires were older they replaced all 4 also. Their service dept really cares about wanting to keep you and your family safe. I didn't even ask for these items but they took it upon themselves to do the right thing for their customers. I am very happy with this experience and my previous experience with purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder which has been excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitate in steering others to this gem of a dealership. Where many are lacking, J+M seems to do naturally. More

They also got me alot better financing options than what i got on my own, and had no problem taking my trade in with negative equity. Over all they have nice vehicles at reasonable prices. and next time i shop used this will be the first place ill look. More

We came and looked at a few cars and ran into SUE and it really made our day and she worked with us as best as she could with answering all of our questions and just being honest about it everything. They have a good selection of cars at reasonable prices- leaving no need to haggle. We were able to pull up to the lot, get the attention of the sales team, and test drive the cars we were interested in right away. We worked with Steve, who never made us feel like he was pushing a sale on us and spoke honestly. He was able to give us a fair trade in quote and financing options quickly and painlessly. The car we chose was new to the lot, so it wasn't detailed yet and needed new tires. J & M took care of us!! We put a deposit down on the car and when we came to pick it up the car had new tires, new brakes, and was in very clean condition ( there were other small repairs/replacements as well). Ken in finance was also a pleasure to work with- he explained everything very clearly and did not take long to get a through all the paper work. Overall, our family walked away feeling like we got a fair deal on a well inspected car. It was an excellent experience, I highly recommend J & M! More
