Great to work with So I bought a used 4WD pickup truck after seeing details on the J&M website and cars.com. It wasn't an easy deal. I live out of state, wanted the wheels switched, asked too many questions -- which is my special charm. J&M staff was great throughout. They even put new tires on the truck, fixed a small body issue, etc. I bought the truck without ever seeing it in person, and it exceeded my expectations with the Big Day finally arrived. Awesome! Weve bought two vehicles from J&M over the past five-ish years. Our most recent purchase at J&M was my 2000 Mustang GT convertible (summer toy) from R Weve bought two vehicles from J&M over the past five-ish years. Our most recent purchase at J&M was my 2000 Mustang GT convertible (summer toy) from Ray. We were out shopping on a holiday just after hours and found it. After I sold the idea to my wife, I called the next day to make arrangements to take it out for a rip (make sure it was everything I thought it would be). By chance we got set up with Ray on the phone, he made sure it was all set for a time of our choice to take it out.. Ray was awesome! I made it clear we were looking for something fun, he came with us and stayed cool as we tested out the car's potential (even while we got reacquainted with driving stick-up and down rt 8). Not being familiar with that type of car, we had some concerns that Ray made sure were addressed prior to us signing the papers. Once we agreed to buy it, Ray said the car would go through a full check and be ready in a couple days. We picked up the car as promised, easy and exciting process, I think we sat with Vinny for a bit and had some laughs in there too. We've now had the stang for months and absolutely love it! Its been everything and more than I was hoping for, even my wife agrees! Our first vehicle from J&M we worked with Luis... He too was awesome. Although we didnt have a specific vehicle in mind, were knew we wanted a 4x4 SUV type of daily driver. We were trying all different vehicles out and Luis was totally cool with us sampling anything and everything. No pressure kind of shopping which is always appreciated when were unsure. Working with Luis everything was done as promised and we were happy with the service and attention we got shopping there. Now that my wife sees how fun the stang is to drive, hopefully well be back in the near future for a sporty daily driver! We'd be happy to work with anybody there and highly recommend to our friends to shop at J&M I wish more businesses were as honest as, did their job as well as, delivered as promised and were as fun to work with as J&M has been for us!
