Pure Class My wife and I entered J&M Automotive yesterday with the intent on finding a reliable mode of transportation for her. After walking the lot, she found My wife and I entered J&M Automotive yesterday with the intent on finding a reliable mode of transportation for her. After walking the lot, she found a vehicle she was very interested in. We proceeded into the office area where we met Rich Grassi and explained our vehicle needs to him. We sat down for conversation and then Rich took her information. All through the process of applying for credit and discussing down payment etc, we felt the contact with him was never forced or a put on of friendly business discussion, as so often happens in car negotiation. When the application process was over and approval was given, we both thought of experience as very positive. She is looking forward to taking ownership of her new vehicle. We will highly recommend Rich and J&M Automotive to all we speak with if the subject of purchasing a new vehicle arises. More

No tricks, no gimmicks. Pricing is fair as is. Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Seth was super easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very patient;Easy going. My biggest surprise was, it didn't matter where I was in the building, or the lot, everyone wanted to help, never felt that reluctance, like it was their job and they had to, felt very genuine. Someone even came over to help me make a coffee, from the machine. I got exactly what I wanted, The car was taken care of and cleaned. And I was driving my new, used car the next morning.
