When you think about a used car dealership you feel slightly uneasy, but at J&M Automotive they make you feel comfortable. We did not feel pressured that we have to buy a car. We've dealt with at other dealerships who really push you to buy a car and that puts a sour taste in your mouth. I think the most comforting thing is their confidence, they have quality cars and don't try and push you to buy them because they know that if you don't buy the car that another person definitely will. They complied with the things our family mechanic said needed adjusting and they did it with ease. This is a great dealership and we will definitely recommend to family and friends if they are looking for a used car. More

My only down side on this whole transaction and it is not just J&M but the industry. That the vehicle is one number plus the tax and registration. But at the end there is a dealer charge that I feel should be discussed during the purchase and all the numbers laid out. Not after the deal is done and your there to pick up the car and sign the finale transaction. Plus on the finale paper it says negotiable which I wonder how negotiable it really is at that point? All in all if your looking for a vehicle J&M is a dealership you should consider to visit. More
