Listened to me, and showed me the perfect car Came in, was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. From that information he suggested another car which ended up being perfect, still test drove multiple cars, and drove the car I ended up buying more than once. They were extremely patient. Started detailing the car right away when I mentioned I wanted to take it home today. Excellent help getting financing, and coordinating with my insurance company. They even went to get me a full tank of gas. Great experience, great selection, great dealership! More

Amazingly supportive Ray Demers and Ken Nelson were extremely supportive in the process to help us get into not one but 2 cars after I had an accident totaling my car. We went to Ray with what we wanted to spend, and had him check to see what we could comfortably afford, he found that information in no time at all. We searched the computer with him, and so many reasonable options were given to us! After test driving our choices, Ray helped us get into our new to us Nissan Morano and helped us get into a Hyundai Santa fe for my husband. It was simply signing the paperwork with Ken, who worked his magic to get us into both cars so quickly and easy on our part. They both worked hard to get us what we wanted!!! I've never had such an easy transition buying vehicles ever! The emissions, transfer of plates, new plates all done for us. Love my Lex! I had a car accident and found myself having to buy a new car. Something I was not looking forward to doing. But, that was all about to change. When I pulled into J&M Automotive I was met at the door by Seth Brown with a big smile. I had looked online and wanted to test drive an Acura MDX I saw. As luck would have it, it was being driven off the lot by the person who just bought it. Seth took the time to talk to me and understand what I needed. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions...even the silly ones. He helped me find the perfect car for me. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no pressure, there was no pushing me into something I didn't want. Seth was an absolute pleasure to deal with and has totally changed my opinion of car salesman! I will only deal with J&M Automotive in the future.
