I was looking for a specific vehicle and found one on car gurus that was not yet in stock that at J&M. I called the dealership and Michael Conlon took great care of us. It was a no haggle, no pressure and friendly transaction from time we put the deposit down until we drove away with a beautiful vehicle. They gave me the same amount for my trade in as another dealer. Everything was straightforward (no mystical math in the finance Dept. (Where I have to give Rich credit). These are really nice folks who truly want their customers to be happy with their investment! More

I love my car and I got a great price but I took almost 3 weeks to detail my car. Which would’ve been fine but I didn’t have another car to drive. Within a few days of having my car, my key fob wasn’t workin weeks to detail my car. Which would’ve been fine but I didn’t have another car to drive. Within a few days of having my car, my key fob wasn’t working and I noticed an intense sound with the brakes and when I accelerate. I brought it back to j&m and got the brake sound fixed and the key fob battery replaced. They said they didn’t notice anything abnormal as to the acceleration sound. I’ve had the car for about 3 months now and the sound when I accelerate has gotten worse and worse. I finally got a day off to bring it to a repair shop and I need a new belt because it’s cracked and really old. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I’m not sure if I’ll go back to J&M for my next car purchase. More
