Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience I searched for months for a used true 4WD that I could depend on in inclement weather and also could drive in the sand on the beach. I came across a used GMC Envoy on the J&M Automotive website that had just been posted and did not yet have any available pictures. I called the dealership and Brad Baumhor personally took some pictures and e-mailed them to me. Once I saw the condition of the SUV, I immediately went to the dealership to take a look and test drive it. I ended up putting a down payment on it that day based on the price and condition of the SUV. I ended up working on the sale with Steve Magura who is as pleasant as can be and tells it like it is, no sugar coating, and not pushy like most car dealers can be. I provided a list of items, mostly cosmetic since the SUV was in great mechanical condition, that I wanted J&M Automotive to attend to before I came back to final purchase the SUV. They took care of all of them and even more. The SUV looked great when I picked it up and I am completely happy with the purchase and know that I got a great price on it. I live in RI and made the trip to Naugatuck, CT, for this purchase and it was well worth it. More

Thorough care, easy purchase Prior to visiting Jamie and M automotive, we looked at several online sites in their inventory. We had selected two cars we would like to test drive it do you know him, and Ray brought them out to us promptly upon our arrival. I was able to answer all of our questions, help us compare The two vehicles, and even brought out additional cars he thought we might like in the same price range and with similar features. He really listened to what our needs were. We test drove each vehicle and we're allowed ample time to decide what was right for us. Ultimately, we decided there and then to purchase one of the ones we had seen online initially, and Ray got our purchase started. J and M didn't excellent job detailing and waxing the vehicle for us and offered it available the next day for pick up. We had a quick purchase transaction and everything has gone smoothly. I love our "new" car and feel we did get a great value. Additionally, the dealership was very welcoming when we picked up the car with our three kids Intel, and offered everyone treats. We will suggest this dealership to our friends. More
