We test drove several cars and we couldn't believe how clean they all were. Our salesman, Ray Demers, was excellent. Really couldn't ask for more from him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. He knew everything about the cars we test drove and he wasn't pushy at all. He reiterated the fact that purchasing a car is a big investment and he wanted us to be sure of our decision. We told him we would return the following day to test drive a couple more and he gave us his cell number before we left that first day and told us to call him any time with any questions or concerns we may have. We ended up buying a car the next day which I love! I am so happy I found J&M Automotive - I feel they are truly a superior dealership (we went to others before this one and none compared to J&M). They are friendly, the cars are beautiful and they have a huge selection. Their website is great too...you can look at a detailed list of all their inventory. I highly recommend them and if you go, ask for Ray - he really goes out of his way to ensure you are happy. He maintained great communication skills with us throughout the process....even after we purchased the car! More

Never felt like he was trying to push too hard on sale just good comfortable experience, and he was totally focused on us and would treat us like friends. He was great to deal with. Danielle was also helpful with any questions we had and when dealing with Steve if asked her for something she was right there. It felt like while we were there they concentrated solely on us. Steve was also very good to work he was very helpful with all the paperwork and helped us to get in and our quickly. Overall I'd would recommend J&Ms to anyone looking for a car. I could believe the quality of cars they had in our price range. It was a great experience. More

I was greeted by Ray Demers who was kind, patient and enthusiastic about the entire process. He made it extremely simple for my father and I to choose a car, test drive the car and ensured that all our requirements were met. When we came back a few days later to test drive the car a second time, it had been detailed and all issues we asked to be addressed had been solved. Ray ensured that I was kept up to date in the entire process, texting me and letting me know what was going on and giving me an honest time frame each day. When it was time to sign off on the car, Ken did a great job in making it simple for me and my grandma to cosign and was patient and very straightforward.
