A-1 experience! My wife and I were looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. Not an easy task! After much searching and researching, we found several in central Ct.(btw... My wife and I were looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. Not an easy task! After much searching and researching, we found several in central Ct.(btw... We live east of the river, in Ellington). So we made plans to test drive all three a few weeks back. Number one was not a great vehicle... We passed. Went to J&M next, we were greeted in a friendly manner and assisted by Vinny Petta. Went for a nice test drive. Vehicle performed well with no problems. Vinny, having previous experience with Honda vehicles, was very informative and answered all our questions. Long story short, the third Ridgeline was not as nice, so back to J&M we went. Worked out the details with no problems, and picked it up the following Saturday. The only issue was the CD player required repair and did not return on time for delivery. This was through no fault of J&M ( so far as I can tell). We returned this past weekend and it was reinstalled and we were on our way in less than an hour. We really couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Thanks Vinny. And thanks J&M! More

Ken saved me time by taking care of things for me when I was lacking some paperwork. And Steve works like lightning. He had all the paperwork organized in such an efficient manner, I have to say it was totally painless going through the process. I had narrowed my search down to two different 2006 Subaru Impreza's, one being from a Subaru dealership. But when my mechanic did an inspection on both of them, he said that you really couldn't compare the two, as far as the mechanical shape they were in, and recommended the one from J & M. I felt I got a fair price on a really great car and fantastic service. My plan is to stick with J & M in the future. More
