I was so pleasantly surprised when my husband and I walked in the door of J & M automotive, not only was the dealership clean but we were greeted immediately by friendly faces. Brad took us into his office and made us feel comfortable and worked with us to find what would fit our needs perfectly. Brad was not pushy or didn't steer us into something we really didn't want. In the end we got a fantastic deal on a Kia Soul, the right monthly payments and had a great experience through the whole process. I would highly recommend J & M Automotive to anyone looking for a car. More

Pain free experience I was searching for a Toyota Land Cruiser and there were 3 in CT within 100 miles. J & M was my first and last stop. After dealing with Brad and the I was searching for a Toyota Land Cruiser and there were 3 in CT within 100 miles. J & M was my first and last stop. After dealing with Brad and the rest of the team I purchased the Land Cruiser. They performed a safety check and replaced some minor mechanical issues before I could take the Cruiser home. My experience was great, very easy and the ladies that work in the office even watched and played with my 18 month old while I did all the paperwork. I would buy another car or truck from Brad and recommend J & M to my friends and family. More
