Purchased a Dodge Caravan in Dec was very happy with the service from my sales man and Brad. In march my van needed to go into the shop and actually is still there. Do to covid my part that was needed was n service from my sales man and Brad. In march my van needed to go into the shop and actually is still there. Do to covid my part that was needed was nationally back ordered. My van is covered still under the orginal car's warrenty. So I had to wait. Neither of the warrenty companies would supply me with a loaner. I basically harrassed Brad about my issue. He was finally able to get me one of their own loaners to use. Thanks Brad!!!! More
