This made it extremely difficult to prove the issue to the dealership, as it would often resolve itself before I could bring it in for inspection. Nevertheless, Harvey, the assigned technician at the dealership, handled the situation with utmost professionalism and provided exceptional service throughout. Firstly, Harvey patiently listened to my concerns without dismissing them, even though the problem wasn't occurring at the time of my visit. He took the time to understand the issue and explained the process and timelines involved in addressing it. His clear and concise communication made me feel reassured and confident in the service I would receive. Since my car was still under warranty, Harvey promptly initiated the process of replacing the faulty screen. What impressed me the most was that he didn't ask me to leave the car at the dealership while waiting for the replacement part. Instead, he took it upon himself to handle the ordering process and kept me informed about the progress. This level of convenience and customer care exceeded my expectations. When the new screen arrived, Harvey proactively contacted me and asked me to bring the car in for the replacement. The entire procedure took no more than 2 hours, which minimized any inconvenience on my part. Throughout the process, Harvey demonstrated his dedication to providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless experience for me as a customer. Furthermore, Harvey's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in his willingness to share his personal cell phone number. He encouraged me to reach out with any questions or concerns I had about the order process, even when I contacted him frequently. Despite my persistence, he remained patient and responsive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Harvey during the resolution of my unique issue. His professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Please be warned with my experience. I have brought my car here twice for service and its sat in the service department for around 4 days each time with nothing being done to it. Both I have brought my car here twice for service and its sat in the service department for around 4 days each time with nothing being done to it. Both times I had called several times each day to be told that they're working on it. The first week, dropped it off on a Monday, I gave up and picked it up on a Thursday and NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT. I made an appointment for this week, dropped it off on a Monday, and as of Thursday, NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT. I wasted two weeks of juggling cars in my household, finding people to pick my kids up from school all the while my car was just sitting there. Multiple calls to Harvey, the guy from service, multiple calls to the service manager, Abraham and several calls to the GM, Vinny, and zero response. My husband is self employed and lost almost two weeks of his car sitting at the dealership and when he went down to get his Jeep later that day, Vinny (General Manager-seriously?) and Abraham hid in an office and refused to come out and at least offer an apology. , What a lack of regard, what a lack of consideration, what a poor, sad way to do business.
