A great dealership, all the employees are very knowledgeable. I have been using JM Lexus since 2011 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alicia is one of the best salesperson there is. She has been my knowledgeable. I have been using JM Lexus since 2011 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alicia is one of the best salesperson there is. She has been my single go to person since the beginning and that’s been around 13 years with her. Today Justin explained that my 10,000 mile checkup had already been serviced. Inside of the car was dirty! Grease on the inside driver door😩 I asked not to wash the outside of my car, but that’s no reason for the interior to be dirtier than when it came Grease on the inside driver door😩 I asked not to wash the outside of my car, but that’s no reason for the interior to be dirtier than when it came to your dealership!!! I have the Fidelity (JM&A) prepaid maintenance plus….i believe that maybe a problem for your dealership because once before I was told my tires were rotated after inspection of my vehicle that wasn’t the case they apologize took the vehicle back in to the shop and rotated the tires!!! That caused me to be at the dealership that much longer..Hmmm I was not happy with that… I have no problem the Service advisor Xavier he always keeps me updated with what happing with the vehicle with a call or text More
