I had a good experience with the actual service on my Lexus — everything was done well and on time. However, trying to follow up afterward was a nightmare. I left a voicemail and never received a call ba Lexus — everything was done well and on time. However, trying to follow up afterward was a nightmare. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I also spoke with the operator who said she emailed my service advisor, but I still didn’t get any response. Great service, but the communication afterward needs serious improvement. More
