Ashley Alt the Lease End Options Manager was the most knowledgeable and professional person that I have ever spoken with at any Lexus Dealer. Ashley was sincere in her desire to explain every detail I would encounter to purchase my RX 450h at the end of my lease. Ashley explained that she would take care of the transfer after I provide her with the documents she asked me to submit. I have family in the car business and assure you she did everything right . Good Morning Glenn,. I was in on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. On Saturday, October 28, (one day later), I was on 95 in North Miami with my 15 yea I was in on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. On Saturday, October 28, (one day later), I was on 95 in North Miami with my 15 year old granddaughter, and my son. We got a flat tire. Lexus Roadside Assistance was called. After 1 and 1/2 hours they were still saying they were 20 minutes out! Finally, at 12:30 at night, AAA put a plug in the tire and we got home after 1:00 in the morning. Yesterday, the tire pressure light came on. I went to Firestone and they showed me, I needed 4 new tires. I went home and called Sharon (the service manager). I called and left messages 3 times. Sharon never called me back. I actually thought Lexus would flatbed the car to Sample road and I would buy tires at Lexus, being the loyal customer i am! By 3:00, I went back to Firestone and purchased 4 new tires. When I got home I called the service department AGAIN, who put me through to someone who was too busy to talk to me and said she would call me back. She was so rude i not only never received a call back, I never even heard her name. Of course NO ONE ever called me back! Even on Monday, when I called Roadside assistance to find out why no one ever showed up... someone I spoke to said he would look into it and call me back! How did Lexus allow me to drive home on Friday, after servicing the car, not telling me I needed new tires? My husband and I have driven Lexus for over 20 years...I guess this is our last time. Between how dangerous this was, and no one calling me back...just awful!!!!! And all I was looking for was an apologie and someone calling me back. Today i spoke to Chico, another manager, who actually said to me, "now that you went ahead and bought new tires, what do you want me to do?" No apology, no remorse. Worst customer service ever! My service advisor, Glenn, actually sent me a survey to fill out based on my experience. All zeros!! More
I enjoyed working with Jonathan because he was sincere, patient while I was trying to make up my mind which car to lease and being helpful at the same time.
