JM Lexus in Margate, FL has been the best customer service of any other auto department dealer that I have dealt with in my 53 years of existence. They were never more important to me than over the service of any other auto department dealer that I have dealt with in my 53 years of existence. They were never more important to me than over the last three weeks when unfortunately my 2019 Lexus IS300 was totaled by my insurance company. Tim Spellman, who I had already had contact with several times during the initial service of my IS300 was nothing short of amazing in taking care of my needs immediately. When I told him I wanted to look at a specific car that I was interested in, he was ready with that car in front of the dealership 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. Tim was so prepared with everything that I had asked him to do. All my questions or no longer questions because he filled me in with all the information I needed. Once I was completely committed on getting the 2023 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport SUV Tim made the process of getting the car signed to my name and getting me the keys so I could drive it home so seamless and perfect.
