This used to be a great dealership, lately it has changed. I had them change my battery 4 months ago, it kept acting up, so I went back yesterday to address the battery issue, and only the battery is changed. I had them change my battery 4 months ago, it kept acting up, so I went back yesterday to address the battery issue, and only the battery issue, they ended up driving my car and doing a full diagnostic without me authorizing it, all I wanted to do was to address the battery issue. They later gave me a list of things the car needed done, and they said the battery is fine and charged me $142.00. I did not come in for a full diagnostic, I only came in to see why the battery was not functioning properly when it is only about 4, 5 months old. More
