Ryan my service advisor was very helpful and professional. I appreciate that type of support. That said the car was finished as promised however the driver door had a squeak in the upper hinge o professional. I appreciate that type of support. That said the car was finished as promised however the driver door had a squeak in the upper hinge on the drivers side which is readily heard, yet it was not addressed. Invoice indicated battery service and cleaning, yet the battery or terminals were not touched, the dirt and grime was exactly the same as when the car was brought in for service. One wonders if the other part of the 60K service on this RX350 was properly accomplished. Pricing was reasonable for this larger service. I had to have a rep check the loaner vehicle when I returned it. since this dealership does not do that and I wanted my loaner vehicle validated for proper return while I was at the dealership. More
