This is my third Lexus. Prior experience has always been great. But not today. I took my car in Saturday and told them the trunk would not lock. They said we are booked up but will give you a loaner and will get to your car ASAP. So I went home in the loaner. Monday morning somebody called and said be here by 10:00 a m. So I went down. Your very pleasant manager could not track that person down and I was told to go home as they had not gotten to my car yet. Wednesday Brandon calls me and says they want to look over the car, give me a new battery and evaluate the car. (All I wanted was a trunk that locked. ) He said it would be about $1000.00 and I said my son would prefer to take care of it for me. I had parked the loaner on their lot and someone brought my car to me but Brandon never came to get the key for the loaner and so I gave it to the young man who brought my car to me. Now I get an email that I am being billed a rental fee for the loaner. If they intended to charge me for it I should have been told and would have had a friend bring me home.
