My wife and I had shopped around for a replacement vehicle once our Explorer started giving us issues. I decided Im not going the same route and will buy a brand known for reliability. From the minute you walk in, you're greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk, who linked me up with my sales person, Paul Mompremier. Paul was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, showed me the differences between them, and let me test drive the ones I was interested in. When it came to the pricing and the options we could add, he didnt push a single thing on me and explained what each package was and the pros/cons. He went above and beyond when I forgot my license plate (which ended up not being handed to us by the last dealer) and saved me a TON on a transfer. Hes very personable and was great showing my wife the car (with our toddler going crazy over it) and reviewing the features with her. At the end, we drove away in our new RX series. Everyone from start to finish is SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, greets you with a smile, and makes the entire process smooth. This used to be a great dealership, lately it has changed. I had them change my battery 4 months ago, it kept acting up, so I went back yesterday to address the battery issue, and only the battery is changed. I had them change my battery 4 months ago, it kept acting up, so I went back yesterday to address the battery issue, and only the battery issue, they ended up driving my car and doing a full diagnostic without me authorizing it, all I wanted to do was to address the battery issue. They later gave me a list of things the car needed done, and they said the battery is fine and charged me $142.00. I did not come in for a full diagnostic, I only came in to see why the battery was not functioning properly when it is only about 4, 5 months old. More
