Thank you for your reply to our problem with the tire issue. Replacing our tire still cost us $375.00 and your reply didn't heal our concern. Why is it a company like Lexus sell a vehicle with no spare tire and the 4 that came on our car was one of them. Insurance companies that offer road side assistance in their policies hesitate to offer it due to the extra needs instead of just plugging a flat tire. We are senior citizens in our 80's and that cost for that tire replacement really hurt. We would greatly appreciate some type of reimbursement due to the high cost of replacing that tire.

I explained our frustration in our earlier msg. What else can we say. ---we feel as though we have voiced our displeasure enough with that tire problem and what Lexus charges compared to a Tire store being done with a plug and a patch inside. We would still greatly appreciate some type of reimbursement due to that high cost of replacing that tire.
