Yesterday was decision time. 2 1/2 years had gone by since our last lease began. Jonathan Wulkan made an appointment with us. The week prior my husband had medical problems whi 2 1/2 years had gone by since our last lease began. Jonathan Wulkan made an appointment with us. The week prior my husband had medical problems which made it difficult to walk and I mentioned this to Mr. Wulkan. He did not hesitate for a moment. He arranged to meet us at the parking area and made it possible to keep walking at an absolute minimum. At his desk, he carefully and patiently explained each and every detail and choice as to leasing or purchasing. I cannot imagine anyone being any more thorough. The decision was made easily with his articulate explanation and the paperwork began. He arranged for the exact car that I yearned for. At a point in the afternoon, my husband needed food. Mr. Wulkan immediately provided a snack and the fear of the moment subsided. I am so very excited with our new, beautiful Lexus. But the respectful, caring attention of Mr. Wulkan will never be forgotten. I cannot speak too highly of him, his knowledge, and his caretaking through what could have been a much more difficult process. More
