For the last 15 years I’ve bought all my cars from JM Lexus, way before this new location was built. When lexus was with Toyota on Sample road and way before Lexus plus existed. So once again, I wanted a newer vehicle and of course my only thought was JM. For some reason at first it didn’t seem the same. I felt left by the wayside, maybe because there wasn’t really much in stock to look at. But still in the weeks that followed, nothing…. Thankfully, knowing Fran was still there, and she has always been helpful kept me hopeful. So I brought my current car in for regular scheduled maintenance, and walked over to see what was available either certified or new. I was paired with Paul Mompremier and he immediately started looking online to see what all was there, asking me questions about my likes/dislikes. He was on a mission to get for me various options that I could look at and choose from. For a moment, I was beginning to wonder if my past loyalty to this dealership meant anything until I met him.
