When I got there I was told 2 hour wait. I endedI waisted 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation which should take 45 minutes for any grease xxxxxx out of school. If you knew you are backed up you should have offered a loaner vehicle so I could get things done in those 3 hours. Secondly I called Ken Kline for 5 days. You would think you would change his voice mail to direct the caller to the service department not knowing he no longer works there. More

I had an engine, and differential oil changed. The oil level was spot on and not overfilled, as happened at another location. I had missing plastic clips under the hood that holds the plastic cove The oil level was spot on and not overfilled, as happened at another location. I had missing plastic clips under the hood that holds the plastic covers. The technician added all the missing ones and refilled the windshield washer fluid as well. Also, I got my car washed after the service. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, excellent service. More
