I worked and saved my entire life as a recently retired federal employee of the United States Coast Guard with over 39 years of service. The only reason for my retirement is a severe medical issue disabled me. This started October 21, 2026 at 6:47am Pacific Time. First and foremost I was told that I had to wire an extremely large amount of cash and only then would the dealerships GM (Genaral Manager) possibly hold my dream car, but must have cash first. Very unprofessional to ask for money first without a guarantee the car is available. The sales person name is Dario Dziamalek, do not do business with him.He is a sales manager and should know better than to do this. But it seems JM Lexus and the Lexus brand condones this type of behavior. I was willing and ready to wire partial amount of the funds and it was very substantial amount that same day if Dario would give me a contract, he said he would send me a contract that day. He did not send me one that day and never called back, he lacks candor. I finally received the contract the next day in the morning. It was 6:00am PT and 9:00am ET. I asked Dario to please double check the taxes and to send me a detailed breakdown of the taxes I was charged. Dario had 3 hours to check on them prior to the wire tranfer, I never heard back from Dario. I wired an extremely large amount of money to the JM dealership. Immediately I texted Dario if they received it or to at least confirm my text. No confirmation from the Dario or the dealership they received my money or at least confirm my text. They did not respond. I had to call several times and reached an incredibly helpful person who checked for me. Shame on you JM Lexus for this! She had to hunt down someone or anyone to confirm my large amount of wired money was received. She tracked down Dario and I could hear him in the background say I will check on it. She finally confirmed they had received it. It is not professional and a very extremely worrying to send your life savings over to a dealership and for them not to respond or care. I was treated like a second class citizen and I believe it was racially motivated as they had my license and know my nationality. Why else would I be treated differently from everyone else? I called several times after the verbal confirmation to get a contract and to confirm the taxes, to no avail Dario would not call back. Finally I called the GM of JM Lexus, and I was told he was not available and he never called me back. GM of JM Lexus tell me and everyone reading this your excuse, let me guess, you were busy? Finally Dario called me back and I told him how very upset I was with his non-responsiveness and attitude and told him I called corporate Lexus to lodge a formal complaint. He immediately became aggressive and escalated his voice at me and told me why did I do that, I did everything you wanted. Untruthful. He spoke over me and my wife asked me why that man spoke to me like that. He said he had one hour to overnight me a wet contract he had all day to do. If you want to be mistreated, feel like a second class citizen, and have your life savings taken and then not communicated with, JM Lexus will do all this for you. Instead of purchasing my dreamcar its turned out to be a nightmare! As I write this I have no written confirmation of funds received, there GM refuses to call me and I have not received a contract for the car I purchased. Is this what Lexus has become and this is the behavior they condone, and it always strart from the top Genaral Manager. I have all the evidence needed to prove what I say if anyone wants the texts or emails. A very unsatisfied customer. Im worried now they will scratch my car or not sale it to me, or steal my money. I just got my wife a new GX550 luxury plus from JM Lexus the staff was very courteous, especially my salesman.
