Not happy. Had appt st 1:30 last Friday. Was going to edit. Told they would need car fir a few days and gave me a loaner. The loaner had the 5000 mile maintainc Had appt st 1:30 last Friday. The memory seats didn’t remember and I had left my gate opener, Sun pass etc in my car. I called Monday afternoon to pick up car and was told it’s just getting into the cue. I stated that service is open Sat and Sun. He said well we are backed up. So what was the point of my appointment? And when I got the car back there appears to be a defect on the driver side wheel shell dirt liner. It’s constantly not connected and I have to keep snapping it back in. My loaner was the same and it wasn’t repaired on my car. More
