Buying or leasing a car has never been something I look forward to because many of those experiences have been unpleasant to say the least. I can honestly say that my current acquisition dealing with Paul forward to because many of those experiences have been unpleasant to say the least. I can honestly say that my current acquisition dealing with Paul Mompremier at JM Lexus was truly enjoyable. Paul was not only patient and extremely well informed, but took the time to offer different options to ensure we would make a sound decision. He truly went above and beyond anything I have experienced as recently as that same day at another dealership. Buying a new car is exciting and having had the good fortune of working with Paul made it so much more gratifying! He is the one I look forward to working with again in the future and whenever possible I will be referring friends and family to him as well. More
I'm a loyal Lexus patron for over 15 years, I've been to about 5 Lexus dealerships, so I know what real Lexus service is. So, to begin with JM LEXUS , they were unable to correct my email address even I men about 5 Lexus dealerships, so I know what real Lexus service is. So, to begin with JM LEXUS , they were unable to correct my email address even I mentioned it twice. Second problem, my ,"advisor" Shedrick Anderson messed with my home address and "forgot" to correct it after my two attempts to let him know that it was wrong. I guess this gentleman is not happy doing his job at all. He never smiled nor talked politely, trying to avoid eye contact with his guests. To make the story short I asked for service on my RX350 for 60K milestone. I just asked for necessary service, he advised me to change the oil, complete a tire rotation and change the "air filter". Estimated cost about $220. I kindly approve tire rotation and oil change service, and said that I would change the "air filter" myself. Right after that he sent me upstairs to the second floor lounge by literally waving in some direction. One hour later I got a phone call telling me, "by the way you need a set of spark plugs for $1160+ tax." I felt like someone was trying to rip me off, and refused spark plugs replacement. He said I have to wait for one more hour to complete my oil change. I quickly checked how much Spark plugs replacement cost for 2017 RX350, and found that the average cost is between $400-600. The JM LEXUS website even shows that it's about $531. When I show that to Shedrick, his respond was that it's " a big job. we have to take the upper engine part off, so there's no way we can do it for that price." Finally after two hours I got my car back. But this is just beginning of my story 😭. I've noticed my tire pressure gauges stopped working after I left the dealership. so I gave it sometime to reset, but even after two hours it didn't work. So I had to call Shedrick and get another visit scheduled for the next day. On my next day visit (thank the Lord we came in the early morning), they took my SUV for another TWO hours, then I got a phone call stating I need TWO tire pressure sensors changed, and they are on me. When I asked, how is it possible for TWO sensors to go bad at the same time during tire rotation I got an answer, " it is just coincidence..." Then I asked to talk to the Manager about this "coincidence", Shedrick asked me to wait for about 15 minutes to call him. Then he didn't even let me talk to his manger in the end, and mumbled something under his breath while walking quickly passed me. Turns out that after asking him what he was saying, it was that I have to wait another TWO hours to change both tire pressure sensors, without letting me talk to the Manager. So , after FOUR hours I got to my RX, checked for visual damage and left thinking I'm finally good. But it would be too easy. On my arrival I found two of my tires with lose caps and another two just gone because they never bothered tightened them. PS If my SUV catches on fire or gets any other physical damage, I won't believe that it's just another "coincidence". Stay away from this dealership! Worst Lexus dealership in the state by far!! More

I have never seen a car dealership that offered more complete service than JM Lexus. Don Foster was able to steer us to the exact car we were looking for, and complete the purchase, transfer our vanity complete service than JM Lexus.
