I never thought I would ever say that buying a car would be a pleasant experience. No haggling. No secret finance guy behind the glass. No endless hours back & forth. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience purchasing a new vehicle from JM Lexus. Unfortunately, this was the worst car-buying experience I have ever dissatisfaction with my recent experience purchasing a new vehicle from JM Lexus. Unfortunately, this was the worst car-buying experience I have ever encountered. From the start, the transaction was mishandled. The paperwork for the purchase was completed incorrectly, which immediately raised concerns about the professionalism and attention to detail of the dealership. Even more troubling, ants were discovered inside the vehicle shortly after purchase an unacceptable condition for a new car. On the very first day after purchase, I returned the vehicle to the dealership due to these issues. JM Lexus kept the car for an entire week. When the vehicle was returned to me, it was still not properly handled: the exterior was dirty, and the car had no gas. This demonstrated a complete lack of care, accountability, and respect for me as a customer. Due to these ongoing issues and the overall poor handling of the situation, I refused to keep the vehicle. I ultimately exited the deal and was able to retrieve my trade-in, but the entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I expected a much higher standard of service from a dealership with the reputation of JM Lexus. This experience fell far below acceptable expectations for purchasing a new vehicle, and I believe it warrants serious review to prevent other customers from enduring similar treatment.
