My car is driving extremely funny & I was told that it wouldn’t be ready for a couple days. The manager informed me that they no longer accept my insurance for loaner cars so I am forced to drive around w wouldn’t be ready for a couple days. Lexus used to be my favorite! I referred soo many people based on my original experience. I am baffled by the way they handled this situation. When they called to provide me with the information about my appointment they could’ve at least gave informed me that they made changes to their loaner policy. More
