This is the 3rd or 4th Lexus we've purchased at JM, all through Dan Phillips. He goes out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. You should make it a requirement that all new salespeople be requ all through Dan Phillips. He goes out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. You should make it a requirement that all new salespeople be required to follow Dan around for a few days before they are allowed to operate on their own. PS I love JM's "no haggle" pricing. Before I purchased my current vehicle I was exploring the possibility of several other non Lexus choices. I attempted to talk price with the salespeople of the not Lexus choices, but I couldn't get a price out of them until I came in. I said forget it and returned to JM.
