For most people purchasing a vehicle could be a bit stressful. About six weeks ago my vehicle that was driven by my daughter was involved in an accident which resulted in a total loss! I felt I deserved something nice because I work hard. Anyway upon arrival I met Mike. We looked at a few IS models and finally I test drove one. Mike made this experience a pleasurable one. I felt at ease and any nervousness I had was immediately suppressed! I’ve never laughed so much while purchasing a vehicle. Always remember that laughter is good for soul. Everything was explained in detail and after my purchase he showed me how to use the many features afforded to me. Not only did he show me, but I was asked to show him that I understood how to use these features!
