Maybe over time as a Lexus customer for several years, my expectations as defined by the pre-Covid service are too high. But the difference between the previous and new Lexus is unsettling. There is a static feeling about the dealership. The earlier enthusiasm and the energy to serve the customer are missing. I am hoping with time the recovery would bring back the earlier excitement. How many customers stay is anyone's guess.
