I heard about golf. I heard about snacks and other guest amenities. No golf.. it said under Rena action but clearly no renovation going on. Service experience was pretty much below average experience. All in all pretty disappointing. Will call another dealer in the future. Way below Lexus experience!! More

He also has an array of knowledge about the vehicles. Some say the cars can sell themselves but if it were not for Mr Diaz, we would have taken our older car back home. We also had an opportunity to meet the person in charge of the dealership, Mr Mark Hoppe. He greeted me and introduced himself when we arrived. We felt at ease during our transaction and that means a great deal to me. They now have maintained a relationship with our family and have exceeded our expectations in every way! Thank you Mr Diaz and Mr Hoppe. Our son just turned 18 so he will be needing another car and my other Lexus lease will be up in the future and we will definitely be returning to J. M. Had scheduled service for oil change and other items. Changed key battery due to low battery warning and a/c filter was to be replaced.
