I have been a customer of JM Lexus since 2005. My car lease was ending recently and I wanted to get a new UX model. Eric Rodgers went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. He is pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did all the pre-approval over the phone and Eric explained everything I asked about the new car. He also helped me to choose the right car/trim for my needs. On the day of the pickup of my new UX he explained every function of the car in detail. The service was amazing and I am loving my new UX. The car drives so smooth and both the exterior and interior are beautiful. The whole team at JM Lexus is very pleasant and friendly. Their hospitality and professionalism is at the very best level. After Mr Dunn leaving only Carlos Nunez it is still at the level that used to be . After picking my car on the way home the warning light come on again .One more hour of driving and one more hour wait be the level that used to be .
