An establishment is only as good as the employees within. Donna Pacifico is by far the best of the best. As a service Rep. she goes above and beyond to ensure I'm happy with service and price. I have an older Lexus and thus a valve cover gasket leak that had been fixed some time prior by JM Lexus went bad again. Even though it was past the warranty period for coverage of their service; JM Lexus repaired it again at no charge. What this tells me is that it's not all about the money with them. It's about doing what it takes to keep their customers coming back. My rep Donna pushed through to make this happen. She exemplifies what an excellent employee should be. She kept in touch regularly to advise of the status of my repair.. Since it was taking a bit longer due to other work I was having done, she told me the mechanic working on my car told her that he wasn't going to rush through just to finish the job; he wanted to make sure the work is done correcty ..... Kudos to him for that. To me, this is excellence at every level. Rating wise, I give JM Lexus a 10 out of 5 and this is because of my rep Donna Pacifico. Because of her, I am married to JM Lexus for life. More
