Service was accomplished well and advisor was Mr. Levy was excellent. This was my 1st experience at this dealership since moving to the area. Unfortunately the staff in the customer lounge at the manager’ was excellent. This was my 1st experience at this dealership since moving to the area. Unfortunately the staff in the customer lounge at the manager’s desks fail to follow the posted policy regarding all associates to wear masks. Brought this matter to the the central receptionist on the 1st floor and was assured this situation would be corrected. It was not. During my 90 minutes (60minutes after bring matter to the dealership) in the customer lounge on 2nd floor. None of the managers consistently wore masks while most never had masks on. Would expect all associate of dealership would follow the dealerships posted policy. More
